We design your project to include all Historic City approvals, hearings, and drawings, so every detail is documented, permitted, and ready before a single sash is milled. We prepare the engineering ourselves and sit through the hearings ourselves, because fifty years of this work has taught us what gets approved and what comes back marked up.
